The 10U height only tells you the vertical space. It does not automatically confirm whether deep amplifiers, long processors, or rear-connected devices will fit. Before using this case, the buyer must confirm rackable depth, rear cable clearance, front knob clearance, and whether lids can close with cables or controls in place. A shallow 10U case may fit processors but fail with deep power amplifiers.

Heavy amps should be mounted carefully, and airflow should not be blocked by closed lids, cables, foam, or poor rack spacing. A rack loaded with amplifiers can become heavy quickly, so handles, wheels or casters, rail strength, and the case shell should be checked before transport.
